Silfurstjarnan is located in Öxarfjörður in North-East of Iceland, ideally situated in an area rich of geothermal water. Arctic Charr, Halibut and Turbot are farmed in land based cages with a production capacity of 1.500 - 1.800 tons. Volume for production is 22.000 cubic meters.
